RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer-consumer (i.e. a natural person purchasing the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity) may exercise the right of withdrawal (and withdraw from the contract for any reason whatsoever).
In order to exercise this right, the client shall send Fiorini Shop a communication within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods together with the authorization form that Fiorini Shop will have sent to the client.

The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:
- The purchased goods must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment);
- In order to limit damages to the original package, we recommend, when possible, to put it in a second box (the application of labels or adhesive tape on the original product package is prohibited);
- The shipment, until its arrival in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
- Transport costs for the return of the goods are the responsibility of the customer-consumer;
Fiorini Shop is not responsible in any way for damages or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. Under no circumstances shall packages be collected on delivery or carriage forward.
REFUND TO THE CUSTOMER
Without prejudice to any repair costs for damages to the original packaging, Fiorini Shop shall refund the customer the full amount already paid for the product by transferring the amount charged on the Credit Card or by Bank Transfer. In the latter case, the customer shall promptly provide his bank details (IBAN Code).
WHEN THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL LAPSES
The right of withdrawal shall expire in cases where Fiorini Shop ascertains:
- Even partial use of the goods;
- The lack of the original outer packaging and/or inner packaging;
- The absence of integral elements of the product;
- The damage of the product due to causes different from its transport.
In the above-mentioned cases, Fiorini Shop shall return the purchased goods to the sender, charging him with the shipping costs.
COMMUNICATIONS AND COMPLAINTS
All communications or complaints of the Client against Fiorini Shop in relation to the Purchase Agreements shall be addressed to the Customer Service by writing to info@fiorinishop.com.
